About  The Chef:

Formally trained in Culinary Arts at Johnston and WalesUniversity, Thomas Woodard is head chef at Rustic Inn at Jackson Hole.  His experience ranges from recipe and menu design to special event catering and fine-dining.  Woodard’s creativity and self-proclaimed culinary passion shine through in a variety of tantalizing dishes that merge flavor with art.  His cuisine appeals to a wide range of tastes, and is sure to please even the most particular palates.  “My enjoyment in being a chef comes from sharing the rich and powerful experience that truly good food has to offer.”
